DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All products sold by Dovea are digital products. No physical items will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased files through a download link provided on the order confirmation page and/or by email.

Delivery is normally immediate, but payment processing or technical issues may occasionally cause a short delay. Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email is not visible.

The customer is responsible for downloading the files and keeping a backup copy. Download access is intended only for the original purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or redistributed.

If you have not received your download link or cannot access the files, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
