Dovea Cash Flow & Tax Reserve Planner V1
See what cash may be available after planned payments and reserves. This 12-month cash flow and tax reserve spreadsheet helps freelancers and small service businesses distinguish operating cash from money set aside.
What the planner helps you do
- Build a 12-month cash-flow forecast
- Track operating cash separately from reserved cash
- Plan income-tax reserves using your own percentage
- Plan VAT or sales-tax reserves when applicable
- Enter reserve payments in the correct months
- Monitor your selected minimum operating-cash buffer
- Identify reserve shortfalls automatically
- See how owner withdrawals and other payments affect cash
- Review future cash levels before potential problems appear
THREE CASH POSITIONS, KEPT CLEAR
The planner separates:
Operating Cash
Money available for ordinary business spending.
Tax Reserve
Money set aside for income-tax payments.
VAT / Sales Tax Reserve
Money reserved for VAT or sales-tax obligations.
This makes it easier to distinguish total money in the business from cash that is genuinely available for everyday use.
Smart reserve-shortfall handling
If a tax or VAT/sales-tax payment is larger than the amount available in that reserve, the reserve stops at zero.
Any excess payment is automatically funded from Operating Cash without counting the same payment twice.
